I don t get it why nobody understands the plastics in ocean aren t from ppl dropping plastiscs, they come from zones affected by tsunamis for fck sake. When your whole house is destroyed, the wave when retreats he get all the stuff that can flot. So a good way to clean oceans is to punish once for all the american secret services that use ,,HARP" ( idk if this is the name exatcly) the machine that controls wheater
